Qualification
- B.Tech. (Materials, Electrical, Chemical) + 1 year (minimum) relevant experience or MSc. (Physics) + 1 year (minimum) relevant experience
Pay Scale
- Rs. 21600 – 1800 – 54000 (based on experience)
Desirable Qualifications
- Candidates having experience in characterization of semiconducting thin films and thin film transistor fabrication and characterization will be given preference.
Experience Requirements
- Deposition of thin films (oxides, nitrides) via reactive sputtering, hands on experience in vacuum deposition and maintenance of vacuum systems
