Experience Requirements
- 2-3 years as a Relationship Manager acquiring new and building existing institutional clients
Job Responsibilities
- Building new relationships with Corporates and strengthening the existing ones
- Completion of Placements in stipulated time period
- Guiding the team on negotiation and coordination for Summer Internships as well as Final Placements for all students including one year programs
- Training, orienting Placecomm team, conducting regular meetings and periodic reviews
- Keeping the team motivated and supporting them on planning, execution and implementation of the various placement strategies
- Regular corporate visits at various locations
- Sharing Feedback to the back end team for maintaining the consistency and accuracy on Placement data
