Experience Requirements
Minimum 18(eighteen) years post qualification experience in plant operation/project execution out of which 2 (Two) years should be in next lower level Managerial role in large or medium scale PSU/ Private Industry preferably in Petrochemical/Chemical/ Oil Refinery/ Fertilizer Sector having latest technology with Captive Power Plant & DCS system

General Instructions
All qualification must be from UGC recognized University/Deemed University or AICTE approved Autonomous Institution (wherever applicable) of repute.
Wherever CGPA/OGPA or letter grade in a Degree is awarded, equivalent percentage of marks should be indicated in the application as per norms adopted by University/Institutes.
The cut-off date for determining age limit and post qualification experience will be 01-01-2021.
Age Relaxation :
The upper age is relaxable by 5(five) years for SC/ST candidates, 3 (three) years for OBC / MOBC candidates.
Upper age limit shall be relaxed by 2(two) years in case of exceptional deserving candidates.
Relaxation in experiences may be considered for the deserving candidates at the sole discretion of management.
Management reserves the right to recruit or not to recruit in any of the above positions at any point of time without assigning any reason whatsoever.
Candidature of the candidate is liable to be rejected at any stage of the recruitment process or after recruitment or joining, if any information provided by the candidate is found to be false or is not found in conformity with eligibility criteria mentioned in the advertisement.
Management will have the right to increase or decrease the number of post as per the need of the company under its own discretion.

The prescribed qualification/experience is the minimum and mere possession of the same does not entitle a candidate for written test/interview. APL’s decision shall be final in this regard.
Any canvassing directly or indirectly by the applicant will disqualify his/her candidature. Any dispute with regard to recruitment against this advertisement will be settled within the jurisdiction of Dibrugarh Court only.
The candidates called for offline interview for the posts of Deputy General Manager/Senior Manager shall be reimbursed to & fro II tier AC train/bus fare and for the post of Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager, III tier AC train/bus fare (from the mailing address) by shortest route subject to production of original or photocopy of ticket(s).
No local conveyance expenses will be reimbursed.
