Qualification Details:

  • The eligible candidates are invited to appear for Walk-in-Interview for the following temporary positions in the PDKV Research and Incubation Foundation, Dr. PDKV, Akola
  • Name of the Post: Office Assistant
  • No. of Post: 01
  • Essential Qualification & Experience: First class HSC in science with Government certificate in computer typing Basic Course (GCCTBC) in Marathi and English 30/40 of “A” grade with computer proficiency like MSCIT
  • Desirable: Candidate with good communication skill and knowledge of official work culture will be given preference
  • Fixed pay in Rs/month: Rs. 12, 000/-

Terms and Conditions

  • No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the interview.
  • Number of vacant posts may be changed at any time.
  • Candidate should bring original documents and one set of attested photo copies (for attachment with application form) pertaining to the following: i) Date of birth ii) Educational Qualifications, SSC and above iii) Reprints of research paper published (if any), iv) Experience certificate (if any) v) No objection certificate of the government employer if employed, any other certificate in support of candidates and two passport size photos.
  • The candidates are requested to fill the application form cautiously which is given with the advertisement and also attach all the necessary attested photo copies of documents. Bring the filled application form enclosed with necessary attested photo copies of documents at the time of Walk-Interview.
  • The time of reporting by candidates for the walk-in-interview will be strictly between 8.30 AM to 10.00 AM. The candidates who appear after 10.00 AM will not be considered for interview. If there are large number of candidates, process of walk-in-interview may continue on the next day.
  • The candidates are instructed to observe the date of interview, reporting time for the posts for which they want to appear as given in schedule of Walk-in-Interview.
  • The engagement will be on purely temporary and contractual basis and the incumbent shall have no legal right to claim his/her regularization/appointment by absorption or otherwise against any regular posts under PDKV Research and Incubation Foundation. The engagement is purely time-bound, nonregular and on co-terminus basis with the tenure of eleven months from the date issue of engagement letter.
  • The terms of engagement will be for period of eleven months from the date of issue of engagement letter and re-engagement shall be given based on the satisfactory performance of the incumbents. 07 Office Mate 01 First class HSC with 01 year experience in reputed institute of Agriculture /Agril. Engg., & MSCIT Candidate with good communication skill and working experience in reputed institute of Agriculture/Agril. Engg. will be given preference Rs. 12, 000/-
  • The incumbents shall have to join assignment within seven days from the date of issue of the order, failing which the order shall be treated as cancelled. They shall have to produce all relevant certificates in original to the concerned officer for verification.
  • The incumbents so engaged, shall be liable for discontinuation at any time without any notice on account of unsatisfactory work or any other valid ground.
  • The decision of Managing Director, PDKV Research and Incubation Foundation, Dr. PDKV, Akola shall be final and binding on the applicants and reserve the right to cancelled recruitment process or part of process or any post at any stage of advertisement.
  • The incumbent shall have to give one-month prior notice, failing which one month pay will not be drawn or a pay for the period for which such notice falls short. In the event they leave/resign the assignment before the expiry of the tenure.
  • Candidates are requested to follow all the precautionary measures to restrict COVID- 19 pandemic.
