Job Responsibilities
ncident ManagementPerform troubleshooting of LAN/WAN/ firewall/VPN issuesDocument network problems and resolution for future reference.Proactively monitors and ensures network availability, performance and network security.Log, track and resolve network/connectivity issues b. Patch DevelopmentNeed to do IOS upgrade of devices. c. Change ManagementInstall, configure, and maintain network and security equipment and services.Coordinate with customers to setup network connectivity.Auto-Failover Testing for member banks & DR Drill Activity d. ISP And OEM Co ordinationCo-ordinate with vendor TAC to identify the root cause issue, Publish ACS Report, Escalating the issue to L3 if the issue cannot be handled by L2,
