Qualification
M. Tech. in Water Resource Management/ Soil and Water Engineering/ Hydrology with B. Tech. in Agricultural Engineering
M. Tech. in Water Resource Management/ Soil and Water Engineering/ Hydrology/ Remote Sensing and GIS with B. Tech. in Agricultural Engineering
M. Tech. degree in Water Resource Engineering/ Hydraulic Engineering/ Hydrology with B. Tech. in Civil Engineering
M.Tech. in Soil and Water Conservation Engg. / Irrigation & Drainage Engg./ Hydrology with B. Tech. in Agricultural Engineering
First class M.Sc. in Ecology and Environmental Sciences/Forestry
First class M. Tech. in Geospatial Technology or M.Sc. in RS and GIS/Geoinformatics
First class M.Sc. in Organic/Inorganic/ Physical Chemistry with good academic record 5. Other Required Skill/ Experience:
NET/GATE, experience in geospatial softwares like ArcGIS/ ERDAS/ QGIS, pre-processing of satellite images, MATLAB, Hydrological modelling
NET/GATE, expertise in geospatial softwares like ArcGIS/ ERDAS/ QGIS, Programming skills (.NET/ Python/
Experience of snow/ glacier studies. c) NET/GATE, experience in teaching or research with expertise in handling water resources related software/
NET/GATE, experience in analysis and modeling of soil and water data, RS and GIS and climatic scenarios will be given preference)
NET/GATE, expertise in Biodiversity and Wetland Assessment, RS and GIS application
NET/GATE, experience in handling of GIS softwares (ArcGIS/ ERDAS/QGIS). Ecological and niche modelling using Geospatial Data
NET/GATE, expertise in handling analytical instruments like UV/VIS Spectrophotometer, Atomic Absorption Spectrometer, Cyclic Voltammetry and water analysis.
Pay Scale
₹ 31,000/- + HRA @ 8% for first two years and ₹ 35,000/- + HRA @ 8% for third year (Consolidated)
