Qualification Details:
- Name of post: Medical Officer, Class-II
- Total Vacancies: 1000
- Educational Qualification:
- Possess a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S.) degree obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or Under the Central or State Act in India; or any other Educational Institution recognised as such or declared to be deemed as a University Under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act,1956; Or Possess an equivalent qualificaton recognized under the Medical Council Act,1956.
- Possess the basic knowledge of computer application as prescribed in the Gujarat Civil Servicies Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967; and
- Possess an adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.

Age:
- A candidate shall not be less than 20 years of age and not be more than 35 years of age as on 31/03/2021
Application Fee:
- Candidates of General category have to pay Rs. 100/- + applicable postal charges, while Candidates belonging to reserved categories and Economically Weaker Section of Unreserved category of Gujarat state and Ex. Serviceman and P.H. Candidates do not need to fees. While candidates of reserved category of other states have to pay prescribed application fee.
