Educational Qualifications:

Assistant Manager (Cost Estimation): Degree in Engineering with MBA/ PGDM (Specialization in Finance) or equivalent (2 years duration course) with minimum 65% marks. Minimum 02 years post qualification experience.

Assistant Manager (Market Research): MBA/ PGDM (Specialization in Marketing) or equivalent. Minimum 02 years post qualification experience.

Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha): Master’s degree in Hindi with English as subject at graduation level or Master’s degree in English with Hindi as subject at graduation level from India Universities recognised by UGC. Minimum 02 years post qualification experience.

Deputy Manager (Mineral): Degree in Mineral Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 05 years post qualification experience.

Deputy Manager (Legal): Degree in Law (BL/LLB or equivalent)/Bachelor of Law. Minimum 05 years post qualification experience.

Medical Officer (Radiology): MBBS with MD in Radio Diagnosis. Minimum 01 year post qualification experience.

Deputy Manager (Rajbhasha): Master’s degree in Hindi with English as subject at graduation level or Master’s degree in English with Hindi as subject at graduation level. Minimum 05 years post qualification experience.

Deputy Manager (CC): PG Degree/ PG Diploma in journalism & Communication/ Journalism& Mass Communication/ Communication/ Journalism/ Mass Communication/ Broadcast Journalism/ Media Communication/ Public Relations or equivalent (2 Years duration course). Minimum 05 years post qualification experience.

Manager (Mechanical): Degree in Mechanical Engineering /Chemical Engineering. Minimum 09 years post qualification experience.

Manager (Civil): Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 09 years post qualification experience.

Manager (Legal): Degree in Law (BL/ LLB or equivalent)/ Bachelor of Law (5Years integrated course). Minimum 09 years post qualification experience.

Senior Manager (Civil / Mech.): Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 13 years post qualification experience.

Specialist (Medicine): MBBS with MD in General Medicine. Minimum 07 years post qualification experience.

AGM (Mining): Degree in Mining engineering. Minimum 17 years post qualification experience.

AGM (Civil / Mech.): Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 17 years post qualification experience.

AGM (HR): PG degree / PG diploma (2 Years duration course)/ MBA/ MSW / MAwith specialization in HRM /Personnel Management / IR / Labour Management / Organizational Development / HRD / Labour Welfare or equivalent. Minimum 17 years post qualification experience.

AGM (Finance): Chartered Accountant from ICAI /Cost and Management Accountant from ICAI. Minimum 17 years post qualification experience.

DGM (Mining): Degree in Mining engineering. Minimum 17 years post qualification experience.

Pay Scales:

Assistant Manager: E-1  20600 – 3% – 46500/-
Deputy Manager / Medical Officer: E-2  24900 – 3% – 50500/-
Manager: E-3  32900 – 3% – 58000/-
Senior Manager / Specialist: E-4  36600 – 3% – 62000/-
AGM: E-5  43200 – 3% – 66000/-
DGM: E-6  51300 – 3% – 73000/-
