Qualification
Post-graduation or PhD in Development Studies, Economics, Management, Social Sciences
Experience in research/academic/report writing iii. Proficiency in Hindi and English
Pay Scale
Rs.30,000/- to 40,000/- per month based on qualification and experience. The remuneration can be negotiated further. This is a contractual position for three and a half months. The general terms and conditions of employment at IRMA will be applicable.

Job Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Research Associate will include the following
Be stationed at Anand, Gujarat and be a part of a team undertaking the study at IRMA
Survey and travel to Chhattisgarh when needed to oversee a survey for which agency/consultancy appointed, if applicable. The survey is expected to conduct household surveys, Focused group discussions, and participatory rural appraisals.
Clean data, analyse and present to the research team on a periodic basis iv. Write research reports and such other communications as needed from time to time v. Assist the team in other work related to the project
