An Ex-serviceman / Ex-Police officer equivalent to JCO Rank (Subedar Major / Subedar / Naib Subedar) with at least 4 years relevant experience of working as a Security Officer in a large Organization where 70 or more security personnel are deployed during the last 1 year. The candidate should also have the knowledge of firefighting and emergency handling. The candidate should have a graduation degree and should be able to write reports in English/Hindi. Knowledge of operating computer will be an added advantage.
Pay  Scale :  Rs. 52,000/-Per Month
Age Limit  :   Maximum age 58 Years as on last date of submission of application (after consideration of all relaxations)
Job  Responsibilities :
The PSO will be responsible to supervise the work of the security personnel deployed through private security agency. He will be responsible to ensure all preventive, protective and precautionary measures against theft, pilferage, outbreak of fire, sabotage or subversive activities. ii. He will ensure proper maintenance of all records relating to movement of men and material, proper deployment of security personnel in all shifts, working of gadgets, equipment, camera, exercise vigil and liaison with local police. iii. He will also ensure proper implementation of security policy of the Institute and proper adherence to the security instructions as given by the department from time to time. The candidate should have high integrity and work ethics. iv. The PSO will be required to keep the reporting officer informed about any incident related to security. The candidate should be able to work in different shifts as and when required and attend in person to any security related emergency at the Institute.

Candidates employed in Govt. / Quasi Govt. / Public Sector Undertakings should bring NOC if called for interview. 9. The Institute reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason. Incomplete applications are liable to be summarily rejected. No interim correspondence will be entertained. 10. The list of shortlisted candidates will be posted on the IPR website. There will be no separate communication for candidates who are not shortlisted. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained. 11. The candidates are also advised to refer to website of the Institute for regular updates of the recruitment. 12. In case of any dispute / ambiguity that may occur in the process of selection, the decision of the Institute shall be final and binding. 15.
