Ph.D Degree is Science or Technology from a recognized University. ii) Minimum 15 years post Ph.D experience of management/ coordinator of S&T related programmes/ scientific projects preferably international programmes in Central/ States Government Departments Uts/Autonomous organizations/ Statuary Bodies/ Universities and Science and Technology Institutions out of which atleast 2 years regular services at Level 13 in the Pay Matrix/ Grade Pay of Rs.8700 In PB Rs.37400-6700(Pre revised). Should Have good Knowledge of coordinator work associated with professional societies, Academics, Programme, activities and overall scientific community in the country. Should have high competency and established poor reputation. Desirable: Should have fairly good knowledge of Financial/Personnel/ General Administration rules of Govt.of India b) For Deputation/ Short term Contract Basis: Essential: (i) Ph.D Degree in Science or Technology From a Recognized University. (ii) Holding Analogous Post with minimum 15 years post Ph.D experience of management/Coordinator of S&T related programmes in Central/State Government Department. UTS/ Autonomous Organizations/Statutory Bodies/Universities and Science and Technology Institution. Desirable: Should have Fairly good knowledge of financial/ Personnel/General Administration rules of Govt. of India

Pay Scale  : Pay Band and Grade Pay/ Level in Pay matrix: PB-4 Rs.37400-67000 with Grade Pay Rs.8900 (Pre-revised) – Level 13 A of the pay matrix as per 7th CPC
