Holding analogous posts on regular basis. OR
Holding post carrying the pay scale of L1 and possessing the educational qualification and experience as mentioned below:
Matriculation or equivalent

Age Limit
The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation (including short term contract) shall not be exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
Desirable Qualifications
Should have successfully completed apprenticeship from a recognized; reputed workshop in the relevant under Apprentice Act 1961 or under any other recognised Apprenticeship Scheme. OR Should have completed training course in the relevant trade from an ITI recognized for this purpose and have 1 year trade experience.
Eligibility Criteria
Period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other Organisation or Department of the Central Government shell ordinarily not to exceed three years.
