Qualification
Masters degree in Electrical/Electronics/Electronics and communications/Electronics and Instrumentation/Computer Science and Engineering/Computer Science or related areas. OR Bachelor degree in Electrical/Electronics/Electronics and communications/Electronics and Instrumentation/Computer Science and Engineering/Computer Science or related areas with valid GATE score.
Eligibility Criteria
This project involves design and analysis of memory subsystem, and integrating compute circuits to achieve high performance for AI/ML applications. Candidates who have done formal course/training on Machine learning and having excellent programming skills C/C++/Python, Verilog/System Verilog or equivalent, etc. will be given preference. Knowledge of VLSI Design tools will be an advantage.
Job Responsibilities
Applications are invited for temporary position of research assistant for the research project on “Fast, Robust, Energy-aware In-memory Computing Architectures” funded by Semiconductor Research Corporation (SRC). 3. Duration: The total project duration is of 3 years. The candidate will be offered a position for 12 months, which will be extended by 1 year based on the satisfactory performance of the candidate and availability of funds.
