Doctors fulfilling the requirements may submit their applications on plain paper indicating the Name and Address, Date of Birth, Qualifications with year of passing, Registration No. &, Experience (self-attested copies of the certificate should be attached). b. The applications superscribed with Advertisement Number may be sent to the Registrar, IASST, Paschim Boragaon, Garchuk, Guwahati-35, Assam within fifteen days from the date of publication of this advertisement.Only the short listed candidates will be called for the interview. The candidate should bring their original mark-sheets, certificates and other credential at the time of interview. No TA/DA will be provided to the candidates for appearing in the interview.
