Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Journalism and Mass Communication/ Public Relations/ Public Relations & Advertising from a recognized University. (OR) Post Graduate Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication/ Public Relations/ Public Relations & Advertising from a recognized University.
Desirable: 1) Knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the Pradesh. 2) Publication of material such as features and articles in Newspapers or journals of standing. Two years working experience of professional nature in any Government Department or Public Sector Undertakings or Media Organization of standing.
