Qualification Details:

1,. Post Name: Assistant Manager (Project Execution)

2. Tenure: Regular

3. Annual CTC: Rs. 7.60

4. Qualification: Graduate in Engineering in relevant discipline with minimum 60% marks

5. Post Qualification Experience: Minimum Experience of 4 years in the relevant field

6. Desired Experience/Profile:

i. Planning and execution of projects of gas pipeline and allied network to meet the annual MoPNG targets & Capex targets as per Business plan. ii. Knowledge and experience in construction, planning, supervision, coordination and execution of pipeline laying network. iii. Knowledge of prevailing standards and codes of various statutes related to CGD industry, PNGRB guidelines etc.

iv. Should possess adequate understanding for reviewing the technical feasibility of projects. v. Responsible for increasing gas sales through strategic aquisition of customers. vi. Developing business prospects in line with company’s strategic plan and goals.

vii. Incumbent should be well conversant with best practices in Industrial HSE concepts. viii. Knowledge of prevailing standards and codes of various statutes related to CGD industry. ix. Should be able to lead and coordinate with contractors, govt. officials, local bodies etc. for execution of projects. x. Project planning through Gantt chart, S curve tools. xi. Exposure to Synergy, GIS software & its usage.

2. Tenure: Regular

3. Annual CTC: Rs. 7.60

4. Qualification:  Full time 2 yrs MBA in Marketing with minimum 60% marks

5. Post Qualification Experience: 4 years

6. Desired Experience/Profile:

i. Identify new business opportunities in the CNG, domestic PNG and commercial and industrial customer segments;customer acquisition; Validate and check on the commercial and technical viability of locations.   ii. Ensure development of comprehensive proposals to convince the customer to switch-over to Natural Gas as the primary fuel; liaise with the Projects team for inputs to the proposal as required.

iii. Review the development of contracts and agreements for the new customers/ renewals of contracts with existing customers — ensure that all terms & conditions are validated by the Legal team.  iv. Liaise with dealers/franchisees for identification of new franchisee stations to be commissioned. v. Support in operationalization of Price Revisions across the CNG & PNG network.

vi. Lead the activities related to Customer Relationship Management to ensure benchmarked levels of TAT and customer satisfaction . vii. Outstanding collections,Reporting & MIS. viii. Branding activities

6. Desired Experience/Profile:

i. Planning and scheduling of O&M related activities of CNG, Steel, PE, PNG and its daily monitoring for increased operational efficieny and system stabilisation. ii. Monitoring of PNG/CNG activities & sales viz-a-viz gas sourcing on daily basis for increased operational efficiency. iii. Knowledge and understanding of technicalities related to CGD Network.

iv. Responsible for planning and execution of preventive maintenance of equipments. v. Preparing, planning and managing O&M reports and budgets. vi. Gas Loss monitoring and knowledge of Gas metering. vii. Responsible for planning and execution of leak surveys, breakdown maintenance, calibration activities.

viii. Should possess experience in operation & maintenance of equipments in PNG/CNG, sizing & calibration of flow measuring instruments/ meters and remote monitoring. ix. Should have experience in DCS, PLC, SCADA etc. x. Should have knowledge of Industrial communications and protocols. Should possess adequate knowledge of statutory compliances relating to CGD industry. xi. Incumbent should be well conversant with best industry practices, national & international standards, technical audits, risk management and hazard analysis. xii. Exposure to Synergy, GIS software & its usage.
