MBBS from a recognized University.

Candidates who have completed their MBBS from Delhi must have Delhi Medical Council Provisional Certificate and DMC Permanent Registration Certificate/Acknowledgement receipt for Permanent DMC registration.

Candidates who have completed their MBBS outside Delhi must have permanent state Medical Council Certificate and DMC Permanent Registration Certificate/Acknowledgement receipt for Permanent DMC registration.

Candidates who have completed their MBBS outside India must have Permanent Delhi Medical Council Registration Certificate. Application only with acknowledgement/receipt of DMC will not be considered.

Only those candidates who have completed / likely to complete Internship by 31.12.2020 may apply.

The candidates who completed Internship before 31.12.2018 need not apply; as such candidates would not be eligible.

Those have already done/doing six months/more than six months Jr. Residency in Government organization are not eligible.

Pay scale Rs. 56100-1,77,500/- plus applicable admissible allowances in pay matrix (level 10) under CCS (Revised Pay) Rules, 2016 at entry level.

Not exceeding 30 years for UR (relax able by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC) as on 22.02.2020. b) Age Relaxation of 10 years for Persons with Disability 15 years for SC/ST and 13 years for OBC candidates

Incomplete application in any respect will not be considered. All previous applications received in this hospital will be treated as cancelled and only application in response to this Advertisement on Prescribed form will be considered.

The selection will be based on Written Examination.

Cut-off for Written Examination will be 50 % for UR/EWS, 45 % for OBC, 40 % for SC/ST and additional 5 % relaxation will be given to PWD candidates in their respective category.

The schedule of written examination will be mentioned on the Admit Card/displayed on the hospital website.

The List of eligible candidates for the written examination will be uploaded on hospital website only (www.rmlh.nic.in). After scrutiny the list of rejected candidates will also be displayed on hospital website.

If OBC Candidate does not submit valid OBC certificate, the candidature will be rejected.

If EWS Candidate does not submit valid EWS certificate, the candidature will be rejected.

Appointment to selected/waitlisted candidates will only be given after verification of original documents.

Status of Hepatitis B vaccination of applicants should be submitted as an undertaking.

The competent authority reserves the right of any amendment, cancellation and changes to this advertisement as a whole or in part without assigning any reason, thereof.

No TA/DA will be paid for this purpose.

All future information, Corrigendum, clarification in this regard will be displayed on hospital website (www.rmlh.nic.in). No separate notification will be sent.

The applicants are advised to visit the website periodically for updates.

If it is found, that the applicant has suppressed any information or given wrong information his/her Junior Residency (Non – Academic) will be terminated forthwith without assigning any reason
