Selection Procedure

Selection will be based on Written examination and Skill test. Details of both tests as follow.

Written examination:

The Written test will be of objective type multiple choice question carrying 200 marks. It will be divided in to 3 parts. It will comprise General English, Elementary Math and General Knowledge. There will be total 50 questions of 2 marks in each part. The duration of examination will be of 3 hours.

Skill Test:

Skill test will comprise Typing test and Basic computer Application. Details of both test as follow.

Typing Test:

Typing test of 35 words per minute on computer (35 words per minute corresponds to 10500 key depression per hour) (KDPH) on an average of 5 key depression for each word.

Basic Computer Application (50 marks)

Word Processing (Microsoft Excel).
Spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel).
Slides (Microsoft power-point).

The candidate have to secure at least 33% (16.5 marks) in aggregate to qualify the basic computer application test
