Educational Qualification:

(1) Bachelor’s Degree in any or concerned discipline from any recognized university.
(2) He / She must be able to Read, Write and Speak Odia.

Examination Fee:

A non refundable fee of ₹ 500/- for each candidates of General and OBC.
No fee for SC, ST of Odisha residents and 40% above permanent disability candidates.
The candidates are required to make online payment of applicable exam fees through OPSC Portal using Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking facilities.

Age Limit:

21 to 32 years as on 1st day of January 2020. i.e. He/She must not have been born earlier than 2nd January 1988 and not later than 1st January 1999.
Age Relaxation – 05 years for SC / ST / SEBC / Women / Ex-Serviceman and 10 years for PWDs.

Pay Scales:

Odisha Administrative Service (Junior Branch): ₹ 56,100/- in Level- 12-Cell-l in the Pay Matrix under Rule-3 of ORSP Rules, 2017.
Odisha Police Service (Junior Branch): ₹ 56,100/- in Level- 12-Cell-l in the Pay Matrix under Rule-3 of ORSP Rules, 2017.
Odisha Finance Service (Junior Branch): ₹ 56,100/- in Level-12-Cell-l in the Pay Matrix under Rule-3 of ORSP Rules, 2017.
Odisha Cooperative Service (ARCS/AGCS): ₹ 44,900/- in Level-10-Cell-l in the Pay Matrix provided under Rule-3 of ORSP Rules, 2017.
Odisha Revenue Service: ₹ 44,900/- in Level-10-Cell-l in the Pay Matrix provided under Rule-3 of ORSP Rules, 2017.
Odisha Taxation & Accounts Service: ₹ 44,900/- in Level-10-Cell-l in the Pay Matrix provided under Rule-3 of ORSP Rules, 2017.

Selection Process:

Preliminary Examination (Objective Type – Multiple Choice Questions)
Main Examination
Personality Test or Interview.
